Issues Identified:
- Uneven Headliner Surface
- Problem: The surface of the original headliner had an uneven texture, which could have affected the smoothness of the Star Light fiber optic installation, leading to visible inconsistencies in the lighting effect.
- Solution: We performed a headliner surface preparation. Our team carefully removed any old adhesive, dirt, and contaminants, ensuring the surface was smooth and free from imperfections. After preparation, the surface was perfectly primed for the Star Light installation, ensuring the fiber optic lights would shine evenly and beautifully.
- Wiring and Electrical Interference
- Problem: The vehicle’s existing electrical system posed some challenges. There were areas where the electrical wiring interfered with the Star Light setup, which could have led to connectivity issues or dimming of the lights.
