As a luxury grand tourer, the DB11’s seats are designed to provide both comfort and style, but over time, wear and tear can compromise their original perfection. Our upholstery experts performed a deep clean of the leather to remove accumulated dirt and oils, followed by a thorough conditioning treatment to restore the leather’s natural suppleness. For areas with significant damage, we carefully reupholstered the leather with high-quality, OEM-grade leather that matched the original finish. Finally, we applied a protective coating to the leather to guard against future damage and maintain its luxurious texture and appearance.
2. Sagging and Misaligned Seat Cushions
Issue:
Over time, the seat cushions had begun to sag, especially on the driver’s side, which was affecting both comfort and the seat’s overall aesthetic. This caused an uneven seating surface and lacked the original ergonomic support that the DB11 is known for.
Solution:
We carefully disassembled the seats and removed the worn-out foam cushioning. We replaced the sagging foam with high-density, high-quality foam that was custom-cut to restore the seat’s original shape and comfort. After reinstalling the cushions, we reupholstered them to ensure a perfect, smooth fit. The seats now provide optimal comfort and support, returning them to their original ergonomic state.
3. Faulty Seat Adjustment Mechanism
Issue:
The seat adjustment mechanism, which allows for easy customization of seating position and comfort, was malfunctioning. The electric motors were sluggish or unresponsive, making it difficult to adjust the seat to the desired position.

5. Deteriorating Seat Heating and Cooling Elements
Issue:
The seat heating and cooling elements, a key comfort feature in the DB11, had stopped functioning properly. Some sections of the seat would heat up unevenly, while the cooling function was not activating at all.
Solution:
Our team inspected the heating and cooling system and found that certain wiring and heating pads had degraded over time.
